Wilson Grange invites you to experience Winter Carnaval Quebec style.

Authentic Quebec dishes will be the theme of this month’s dinner.

Tourtiere – pork pie

Vegetable Pie…vegetarian option

Baguettes

Apple Cider Pound Cake

Caribou Punch along with Coffee and Tea

will be served in the dining hall decorated like the Ice Hotel in Quebec.
